oToBrite iToF camera won COMPUTEX 2023 Best Choice Award
Vision-AI expert oToBrite has entered the field of AIOT
and launched Time-of-Flight 3D sensing depth camera for
vision-AI applications, which was received
positive reviews and has been honored with Computex 2023 Best Choice Award. oToBrite stated that the
iToF camera module can be applied to automatic driving in special fields such
as AMR, autonomous forklift and other unmanned vehicles. In addition, the iToF
camera module combined with vision AI technology can perform image recognition
functions with high privacy. It not only monitored the patient's bedridden
situation, but also protected the patient's privacy in smart care application.
iToF camera module adopted latest Sony 3D sensing
technology-DepthSense , which can directly produce 3D point cloud data, IR
frame and depth frame, providing rapid and reliable depth information in
complex scenes. In addition, the iToF camera module is equipped with 940nm
VCSELs and high-resolution (640x480) depth sensor, the detection distance can
be from 0.3 to 7.2 meters with millimeter level precision performance. With all
technological advantages, the product can have stable performance whether used
outdoors or indoors. Besides, oToCAM500-E62GigE has IP67 waterproof and
dustproof rating and supports Power over Ethernet (POE), making it a high value
choice for various application fields.
COMPUTEX is the largest technology-focused exhibition in
Asia. The Best Choice Award (BC Award) will also be held during the exhibition,
which not only demonstrates the technological innovation strength of domestic
and foreign companies, but also becomes an important procurement indicator for
international buyers. oToBrite highlighted the recognition of iToF camera
module with BC Award is mainly due to the trend of anonymized non-RGB images in
smart healthcare field. The wide-angle design of the iToF camera module allow
for simultaneously monitoring many hospital beds, making it also suitable for smart
healthcare with high labor requirements. In the future, it can be expected to
replace a large number of labor forces to cope with the global aging population
and the increased labor costs.
The award-winning iToF camera module will be exhibited at
the BC Award exhibition area in the Nangang Exhibition Hall during the Computex
exhibition. Additionally, on the fourth floor, oToBrite will live demo the iToF
camera at the booth of Taiwan Advanced Automotive Technology Development
Association (TADA) and also show commercial vehicles ADAS products.
